I welcome the opportunity to guide and assist you in your pursuit of Individual Therapy. After COVID and the Telehealth surge, I gave up my office space in the winter of 2024 due to lower demand for in-person appointments. Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, I currently offer all of my appointments via Telehealth. A client must physically be in PA at the time of their appointment until state regulations shift allowing practicing across state lines.
I have 24 years of experience across various Mental Health settings and I'm dedicated to providing a supportive and caring space for you. My objective is to help you deepen your understanding of self, which is the foundation for creating lasting change. Together, we'll explore new insights and build skills that support personal growth. Our therapeutic connection is the most important part of this journey and I am committed to nurturing that trust with you.
I accept Aetna and Highmark insurance plans. If not using insurance, the rate for Individual Therapy sessions is $150. A sliding scale can be discussed and offered in some instances, and invoices can be provided for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.
